I have had this outfit for aproximatly 11 years and could never get the hang of it. It takes a lot of practice and I should of started 40 years ago. I have used it several times and caught a few Blue fish and it was quite a thrill but I would put it down and use my spinning reel and catch a lot more fish. The reel has an adjustable drag which works great and can be changed to left hand or right hand. I never had any problems with it but then again I only used it a few times so it is like brand new and has been sitting around for quite a few years and doesnt have a scratch on it. It has a case that comes with it and I always kept it in the case. The fly rod is a GLoomis IMX 7 Weight that I had custom made but didnt like the way the eyes were wraped but that can always be changed.
